Importance of COLORS in Interior Designing

Color is a everyday part of our lives and it surrounds us wherever we are. Color in Interior Designing however, is an essential and important element. It forms a part of aesthetics as no matter what color you take, they combine to form something very beautiful. From the childhood itself a a child has his hands on with paper and color pencils. The impact of color on the human psyche and its ability to affect our moods is something which is very well known fact. Green, for example, is the color of nature and is typically experienced as calm and restful, whereas red is stimulating and certain shades of blue are often seen as cold.  Orange, meanwhile, is an energetic color, although when it shift towards earthier shades such as terracotta, it becomes more warming and relaxing.  With so many different tones and shades of the same colors though, making sense of what would work and where can be tricky. Using white when designing or decorating you can combine it with almost any other color. Either if you prefer vintage or romantic style, white is always a good choice.  When choosing white for your bedroom, you are creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As such, it is calm and soothing. At the end of the hard working day it will give you impression like you are on the clouds. A large number of people prefer their house painted with white color than any other color. 

Women who take care of their homes go through a lot of confusion with the color combination. The black color whereas, if used well, can lend an air of sophistication and elegance to an interior design scheme. Black and white spaces are very popular right now, but I think black looks even better when combined with a striking color. Black always adds sophistication to a room, and with the addition of saturated colors, this look is bold and dramatic. One has to be careful to not over-use black or you may create a dark feeling in the room. While other colors reflect light, black absorbs it, which can make it feel heavy and overbearing thus it is not used as a color to paint walls.

The same room in two identical houses will appear to be of completely different proportions if they are decorated in different colors. Seasons play an important role too, That is during springs and autumns, using warm and clear colors can be very good whereas during winters and summers using cool and soft colors can give you the exact feeling you were looking for. 

A room's entire mood can be enhanced or completely ruined by one decision.
